Is Hint a wishlist app?
No. Wishlists are for the person receiving. Hint is for you, the one who catches passing mentions and wants to keep gift ideas secret until the day.
Why not just use Notes?
Notes work for quick scribbles, but they have no per-person lists, occasion reminders, or gifting flow. Hint takes two taps in the moment and is built for hints, not general notes.
Where is my data stored?
On your iPhone. Your people, hints, and occasions stay on your device. We do not run a server that stores your gift lists. You can export a JSON backup anytime in Settings.
Is Hint free? What is Pro?
Hint Free is free forever: up to 3 people and 5 hints, with occasion reminders and on-device storage. Hint Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited people and hints, photo hints, widgets, and giving history.
Which devices does Hint work on?
Hint is iOS only today, on iPhone. Android is not available yet.
Can recipients see my hints?
No. Hint is your private list. Nothing is shared, posted, or sent to the people you give gifts to.
